PROFILE

 

Our activity began in November 1984 with the “Ralex de Rogério Mota Abrantes” Social Denomination, initially employing about 10 employees focused exclusively on the production of trousers.

​

In 1992 the company changed its name to EuroRalex Confecções, Lda. The number of employees was already around 100 people, and the premises were located in a factory next to the train line in Carregal do Sal.

In 1997 we proceeded to increase the share capital, changing the name to Euroralex Confecções, S.A., and keeping this name until nowadays.

In 1998, due to the continuous expansion of our company, we advanced with an investment project which resulted in the construction of a new plant in the Industrial Park of S. Domingos. This new space combined with a high technological level has transformed this factory into the most R&D qualified in the textile industry throughout the Iberian Peninsula. With this project, we created a new line for the production of coats.

In June 2000, we began operating in the new facilities, which allowed us to expand the range of products produced and increase our production capacity.

Currently, EuroRalex Confecções S.A. is the largest employer in the County of Carregal do Sal and has been awarded the distinguished distinction of leading PME on several occasions.
